BEAUTY LOU & THE COUNTRY BEAST
Missoula
Children’s Theatre – Summer Camp Performance
Graduates
of Camp One World are given the rare opportunity to show
friends, family, and peers what they’ve learned as they
display their new talents on the One World stage.

Beauty Lou is the oldest daughter of the bronc-bustin'
balladeer Buckaroo Bob. At the local county fair, young
Beauty Lou is upset by the ungrateful behavior of a miner who
has won the blue ribbon for his beautiful roses. She
calls him a beast and wishes that he would look like one too.
Years later, when in danger of losing the family farm,
Buckaroo Bob meets the miner-turned-beast. Beauty Lou
agrees to befriend the Beast in order to save her family.
Beauty Lou and the Beast both learn to look beyond appearances

inside.

RAY PRICE with opening by DALE WATSON
Ray Price has been one of country music’s greatest innovators,
creating an industry of musicians who either wrote or played
for him. Besides hits like “Release Me,” and “Crazy
Arms,”
Price also gave a career leg up to many young
musicians and songwriters. Willie Nelson, Roger Miller, and
Johnny Paycheck all passed through his band, the Cherokee
Cowboys. His last album was 2007’s Last of the Breed
with fellow country music legends Willie Nelson and Merle
Haggard.
Dale Watson
has long been a torchbearer for classic country becoming an
American music original in the process. A staunch
adherent of old-style honky tonk, Watson is best known for
semi-autobiographical tunes brought to life by his
rough-as-diamonds, cry-in-your-beer baritone. Having won
music awards in Europe, Watson’s music has been championed by
critics and fans alike in the Country and Americana music
scenes.
