6/16/07 Aune Surprise Birthday Party – 150 Guests Hello One World Theatre.... Sorry I am so late in thanking you all for helping me plan and pull off BIG BAD's surprise 50th birthday party.....It was a huge success and I am still getting letters and emails on what fun everyone had. The food choices were fabulous, the venue spectacular and you guys priceless...It will go down, for the Aune family, as one of the most cherished memories..Thanks again to you and your staff you are Priceless. 6/1/007 U.S. Senate – Interparliamentary Services Our brunch was fabulous!! Members of the US and Mexican Congress’ enjoyed a networking brunch at the beautiful One World Theatre. We were staying at the Resort just down the street and it was so easy to have our off-site at One World. Everyone there was so helpful and accommodating. When we arrived everything was perfect! The Plaza was gorgeous with the stained concrete and the hill country views. All of the tables were dressed beautifully, the food stations were sumptuous, and the live guitarists added the perfect ambiance! One popular food station was the yogurt and granola bar – my favorite was the frozen Peach Bellini’s J Transitions and transportation were coordinated seamlessly. It was a beautiful off site setting, I received many complements! One World was the obvious choice and a beautiful change in scenery for our farewell brunch. Thank you all!
5/12/07 Friedman Bar Mitzvah We all had such a good time at One World Theatre. The kids got to have their own private party upstairs in the theatre making live music videos and enjoying their own kid friendly menu while the adults enjoyed a beautiful adult dinner in the Celebration Hall. We had a live video feed of the kids upstairs projected down to where we were so we could watch the kids and the fun productions they were creating. We eventually all joined the kids upstairs for one big party. The food was great! Susan our event coordinator was truly amazing. Party Time Productions did a great job with the entertainment for the kids. We all had a great time…the kids thought it was the best party ever…now my son wants to have his party there too. Thanks One World Theatre!!
05/05/07 Travis High School Prom 300+ Guests The word around Travis has been that it was the best prom we've ever had!!! The division of space made it easy for chaperones - they were able to assign themselves areas and monitor smaller, more manageable groups of students - and comfortable for students who rotated through the dance floor to dance, the patio to visit, and the celebration hall to snack, watch the slideshow, and have their pictures made. Your staff was uniformly excellent, especially the young man working the bar who we ran ragged with one request after another. The mirror reflecting the dance floor was a huge hit. I had no idea. We loved the DJ and got his card for future events. Our kids looked beautiful and acted beautifully, and I think it was in part attributable to the elegance of One World Theatre. They rose to the standard we set when we chose One World as our venue. It was my first prom as a sponsor, and I will be eternally grateful to Laura Gregory for all that she did to make our "Night of Dreams" happen. Sincerely, Merideth Garcia
5/04/07 Tyco Fire and Security – 200 Guests 5.4.07 Tyco Fire and Security I simply have to rave on this stunning and high class venue! Our guests absolutely loved the overlook into the hill country! When we first saw One World Theatre we knew we had to use it for something! We decided to use it as a unique off-site event venue from our main stay at Barton Creek Resort and Spa just 5 minutes down the road and we were so glad to have a beautiful space for the evening that was so ultra convenient. Everyone is so detail oriented, from the cigar roller with our company logo, to the hand blown glass tiles all throughout venue. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned that we have a perfect night. The band recommended was great for our guests. We booked them for the next night at another venue! You are welcome to give my information for a recommendation to anyone who may be on the fence! I would definitely come back again and again!
5/03/07 GenAustin It went great! The guests only had glowing responses to the evening. The food was surprisingly amazing! We loved working with the catering team because they were so very helpful and conscious of our budget. One World is so conveniently located too. I loved that we didn’t have to bus people an hour away just to get to a stunning location! It’s so close to everything! The movement into different rooms was exciting and smooth. Trish Murphy played her heart out in the theatre! Now that I’ve helped coordinate our big fundraiser out at One World once – I’m sure that next year will be even better!
4/11/07 KPMG It was terrific!!! The evening flowed so well! Laura was extremely prompt when returning phone calls and emails (she even gave me her personal cell phone). The entire staff was ready, and easy to work with. The food was so great that everyone seemed to eat enough for an entire family. We needed to be creative with our non-alcoholic event, and Laura came up with perfect pomegranate “mock-tails” ! The space was so gorgeous that we hardly needed decorations. The comedy troop that performed said over and over that it was the best space they had ever performed in. While we were watching the troop it felt like we were sitting in a real movie theatre with popcorn and everything! We are very eager to start our plans for next year, knowing we will have another perfect event at One World!
03/02/07 Parkside Community School Fundraiser Dear One World Theatre Events Team, We want to express our sincere gratitude to you and One World Theatre for hosting our school fundraiser “If You Build It, We Will Play”. Not only did the One World Theatre surpass our expectations as a suitable location, it was utterly an enchanting environment to spend an evening with our community. 2/3/06 Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church Revival Everything was perfect! We loved the atmosphere and the intimacy of the space. One World Theatre pointed out details that we hadn’t even thought of and Marcus created special lighting so the audience could see their bibles. The entire staff of One World was waiting for us with welcoming eyes and faces. They truly worked for every penny with incredible follow through. We felt like rock stars both on stage and off! Thank you.
12/14/06 S1 Software There are not many corporate events where the planner gets to be the hero!!! I received a flood of e-mails the next week from my colleagues thanking ME for the fantastic evening. The food was fabulous, the bar was fabulous. Even though there was a slight chill in the air (for Texas) we hardly noticed, we were excited that we got to dig out our scarves. While planning of our event we never felt ignored nor overwhelmed. During our event the staff of One World was invisible when they needed to be, and then miraculously awaiting our requests when we needed them. To top it all off when I sat down in the plaza to enjoy my first cocktail of the evening I saw a shooting star!!! This is what being blessed with an absolutely perfect evening feels like. Thank you everyone at One World Theatre.
12/10/06 Austin Eurythmy Ensemble Performance Dear One World Theatre, First: I would like to let you know, that we had a great event on Sunday and enjoyed our stay at the One World Theater lot! Although we did not get quite the audience we hoped for, we feel that we had a very successful celebration of our 10th Anniversary. Your production team, especially Marcus and Patrick were wonderful to work with! The food was delicious. Thank you so much for your support and advice.
12/9/06 Centex Homes Holiday Pary - 350+ Guests After many years of hosting parties at large Hotels, we grew tired of being herded in and out in a “generic” party setting. The One World Theatre provided our company with the perfect intimate setting with local flair. Planning was never easier; One World’s professional planners had a vendor for anything we wanted, and I had one point of contact. We had record turnout, and the event is still referred to as our best ever! Thank you One World Theatre
12/8/06 Highland Homes Holiday Party The venue was beautiful. Laura Gregory (our coordinator) was fabulous; I can not say enough positive things about her! The service was fantastic. The band was awesome! We are already planning our next event there in May 2007.

12/2/06 Aggie Men’s Club Our night was phenomenal! I simply described what I wanted on the phone and when I showed up it was perfect. I barely had to lift a finger. Laura and Troy were great. There were things that we didn’t ask for until the night of our event and we were taken care of with no problems. It was exactly what I wanted! Thank you everyone at One World Theatre.
11/30/06 World Premier of Latinology Concert To the entire One World Theatre staff: On behalf of Sarah Fox and Joel Guzman we would like to thank you for making our "World Premier of Latinology" an unforgettable experience. We thank you all for your professionalism and especially for making us fee at home. Fundraiser 3/30/06 Austin Monthly New Publication Launch Party Our experience with One World Theatre was amazing. The quickness with which we were able to coordinate an event was wonderful. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous and helpful. Our event was beautiful and went off without a hitch. Everyone had a great time and stayed until the very last minute they could! We appreciate so much being able to do our launch party at such a fantastic location and would do one again in a heartbeat. I have had so many phone calls and emails from guests, board members and corporate sponsors saying that this was the best Gala they had ever attended! The venue looked just stunning. Kevin and the rest of the production crew did an excellent job, and Marcus shined as always in the AV department. The evening was beautiful and proved to be our most successful event to date! Goodman Bat Mitzvah I wish you could have seen the party - it really was awesome. Everyone was great - Kevin, your Production Manager, outdid himself on the lights - they were fabulous - he went beyond exceeding expectations - he just blew us away!! He and his team were so kind and cooperative - they really went the extra mile for us - and trust me - it showed. The guests were literally in awe from the moment they walked in till they left - I was really pleased with the entrance lighting and the lighting mosaics he did on the walls downstairs - really beautiful - I have not seen that technique before, so I was even impressed!!! And the lighting in the Theatre was perfect! The party really was a huge success - Please extend a special thanks to all your team - there was so much synergy throughout the day - I think everyone was getting into it! I was so pleased with the food - it could not have been better or presented more beautifully! We had a fairly sophisticated group of guests and have been receiving nothing but rave reviews on the affair. I wish you could have seen the look of happiness on my sister's face and how pleased she and her husband were, and how happy my niece was - it was worth it all! Anyway
